If your order was placed on the original site before April 14, 2026, log in to your account at www.selectblinds.com (enter your email and the one-time code we send you). Once you’re in, look for the link “Looking for an older order? — Search archived orders.” That link opens our previous order system, where your pre-migration orders live.
Important: the older-order system is a separate environment with its own login. It still uses an email and password (not the one-time code). You can sign in with the password you used before, or request a password reset on that page if you don’t remember it. If you have any trouble, our Customer Service team can pull up your old order for you at (888) 257-1840.
