If you placed your order on the new site, just log in and click “Orders.” You’ll see the live status of each order (such as 'Processing' or 'Delivered'), and you can click into any order for more details.
If your order was placed before our platform upgrade, you’ll see a link in your account: “Looking for an older order? — Search archived orders.” That opens our previous order system so you can view your older purchases. Note that it’s a separate system with its own email and password login.
