In the meantime, here is a breakdown of the process your order will move through after your order is placed. Your order will be sent to our production facility 4 hours after the order is placed. Production time varies, but is generally 3 -7 business days. You can check your product's estimated production time on the product page, under the "Add to cart" button near the bottom of the page. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Shipping usually takes 2- 7 business days after production. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email and the time elapsed since placing your order is within the estimated production time, you can rest assured your order is still in production.
