If you accidentally provide incorrect measurements when ordering custom blinds or shades, you may be eligible for a remake through our FIT Protection: Measuring Guarantee if it was added to your order at the time of purchase.
With FIT Protection:
- You can request a one-time remake of the same product using your corrected measurements.
- Claims must be submitted within 90 days of purchase.
- The remake must be for the same product, color, and features as originally ordered.
- Photos or videos showing the fit issue may be required.
If FIT Protection was not purchased, remake options may still be available through our 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee, though additional charges may apply.
