If your shade isn’t responding:
Check the Shade: Most shades arrive in sleep mode. Make sure your shade is powered and awake before attempting to operate it.
Charge the Shade: Motorized products will arrive with low battery for safety purposes. it is highly recommended to fully charge your shade for 4-6 hours prior to installation to ensure optimal performance. Please note, some shades may not operate properly prior to being charged.
Confirm Pairing: Ensure the shade is paired to the correct remote control. Ensure the remote battery is fully inserted and any protective plastic has been removed. The remote should light up when buttons are pressed to ensure it is in proper working condition. Refer to your product’s motorization guide for model-specific setup and pairing instructions. You can also find these motorization instructions on our website. Go to the product page on our website and scroll down to the Motorization tab, under Specifications. Click the link that says Motorization instructions.
