Will I get abandoned cart or browse abandonment emails if I was shopping on http://shop.selectblinds.com?
Not in the current phase. Behavioral and marketing email flows (abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post-purchase, samples, SMS, etc.) are only active for the original site (http://selectblinds.com) at this time.
If you received a promotional or marketing email from SelectBlinds, any links in that email will take you to the original site, not http://shop.selectblinds.com.
What emails does http://shop.selectblinds.com send?
The Shopify site sends:
Order Confirmation (from no-reply@selectblinds.com via Klaviyo) after checkout
Shipping Confirmation (from no-reply@selectblinds.com via Klaviyo) when your order ships
Login code (from Shopify) when you request a one-time sign-in code to access your SelectBlinds account
All other email types (promotional, cart recovery, post-purchase, backorder notifications, refund confirmations, etc.) are only sent for orders on the original site at this time.
