I cannot log in with my password. What's wrong?
The new Shopify site (http://shop.selectblinds.com) does not use passwords. Instead, it uses an email and a unique 6-digit one-time passcode to log in. Here's how it works:
Go to http://shop.selectblinds.com and click the person icon in the upper-right corner to be directed to the “Sign In” page for your account.
Enter your email address.
Check your email inbox for a one-time passcode from SelectBlinds.
Enter the code to access your account.
I have an account on http://selectblinds.com. Can I use it on http://shop.selectblinds.com?
The accounts on the two sites are separate. You can create a new account on http://shop.selectblinds.com using your email and 6-digit one-time passcode to log in. Please note that your past order history from http://selectblinds.com will not be visible on the new site's account; any account information and history remains on the original site.
I don't see my past orders. Where are they?

I'm not receiving the 6-digit login code through email. What should I do?
Please check your email spam or junk folder. The email comes from no-reply@selectblinds.com with the subject line related to your one-time passcode. If you still don't see it, try requesting a new code. If the issue persists, contact our Customer Service team for help.
