Honeycomb/Cellular Shades (Inside Mount)

Honeycomb shades, also called cellular shades, are great if you’re looking for modern energy efficiency. You can even choose between light-filtering and blackout fabrics, letting you customize your shades to perfection.

First, make sure your window has enough depth for an inside mount. For more details on the specific requirements, head over to the product’s information page and click on the "Specifications" tab.

Measuring the Width

• To determine the width, measure from left to right on the top, middle, and the bottom.
• Use the smallest width out of those numbers.
  
  
• If you get a 1/16” or 1/32” increment, round down to the nearest 1/8”. (For example, if the smallest measurement is 24 9/16", round down to 24 1/2". If it's 24 3/8", no need to round down.)
  
  
• This is the width you will use when ordering.

Measuring the Height

• To determine the height, measure from top to bottom on the top left, then the center of the window, and then the top right to the bottom of the window sill.
  
  
• Use the largest height out of those numbers.
  
  
• If you get a 1/16” or 1/32” increment, round up to the nearest 1/8”.  (For example, if the largest measurement is 24 9/16", round up to 24 5/8". If it's 24 1/2", no need to round up.)
  
  
• This is the height you will use when ordering.

We’ll handle any necessary deductions based on the measurements you provide, so there’s no need to adjust your own measurements. Don’t add to the width in anticipation of deductions. We’ve got it covered. If you’re looking for more light coverage, consider an outside mount.
