How do I reset my password?
To reset your password, start by submitting a Reset Password Request here. Keep the browser page open while you check your email for the 6-digit code. If the code doesn’t arrive within a few minutes, be sure to check your spam or junk folder. Once you have the code, return to the open browser page, enter the code into the 6 boxes provided, and follow the prompts to create your new password.

Do I need to set up an account to shop with SelectBlinds?
You are not required to create an account with us to place an order. While checking out as a guest will always be an option, we do encourage you to create an account to have access to faster checkouts, order history, saved carts, sample orders, and warranty claims history.
What information can I edit in my account?
Within your profile, you have access to editing your contact info which consists of your name, phone number, email, & password. You also have an address book within your profile that allows you to add new shipping addresses or update default address preferences. You can also find any saved carts that you can hold onto until you’ve confirmed any measurements or features you need. Completed orders will appear here to review and check status.
