Does SelectBlinds have a physical location?
We don’t have a physical store where you can purchase or preview our products. However, we offer free samples to help you find the perfect fit for your home.
What is the status of my order?
Click here to track the status of your order anytime. Once an order has been built, a tracking number will be provided within 1-2 business days. It usually takes 7-12 business days for most custom orders to arrive at your doorstep after you've placed the order.
Why does my tracking number still show my order is pending?
A pending status usually means the product is held up in the shipping process. If you don’t see a specific reason for the delay when tracking your package, reach out to our Customer Service Team, and we’ll help investigate. Please allow 1-3 business days for carrier scans to update after production.
Are your custom products really "made in 5-7 business days"?
Our product production time doesn’t include shipping. After placing your order, most products take 5-7 days to be custom built. Shipping typically takes an additional 2-5 business days. In total, most custom orders arrive within 7-12 business days after you place your order.
With a product already added to my Shopping Cart, how can I add more of the same product in different sizes, features, lift styles or colors?
Looking at the Shopping Cart screen, find the product you want to add more of. Click either the product name or the link right above the product name that says "Add Similar". Both links will bring you back to the product page, giving you the ability to fully customize the next shade for your order.
Is it possible to change my order after I have completed it?
Most products come with a 24-hour review period, giving you time to confirm your order and make any last-minute changes before it’s sent to production. While some changes may require a fee, we strive to accommodate requests without any additional charge. Reach out to our customer care team to make those adjustments at 888-257-1840.
Do you charge sales tax?
We charge sales tax on products shipped to U.S. states where it's required, and remit the taxes to the state on your behalf. If applicable, taxes will be added to your order during checkout.
I want to get today's discount but I'm not ready to purchase. Can a sale price be extended?
You can still take advantage of today’s sale if you order samples. In fact, we highly recommend ordering free samples first before placing your order. We don’t want you to feel rushed into purchasing just to get the promotion, so we’ll honor that day's offer (including major holiday sales) for an additional 30 days. When you’re ready, simply build your shopping cart and contact our friendly Customer Service Team to apply the promotion.
Does SelectBlinds ship outside the Continental U.S.?
At this time, we only offer shipping to locations within the Continental United States. Unfortunately, we are unable to fulfill orders to destinations outside this region, including Alaska, Hawaii, or international addresses, like Mexico or Canada. If you wish to ship to these regions, you can have your order sent to a freight forwarder and arrange for transfer. Please note that this would void the warranty as SelectBlinds cannot be responsible for any issues that may arise after reshipment. We understand this may be an inconvenience, and we're working to expand our shipping options in the future. For now, we focus on providing reliable and timely service to the 48 contiguous states. Do you offer discounts for interior designers, contractors, and realtors?
We have a dedicated team to assist those in the home remodel industry, whether your order is large or small. Do you sell parts?
No, we do not sell parts as our components may not be compatible with those from other manufacturers. If you have an existing order with us and need a replacement part, you may be covered under warranty. Just reach out to our helpful Customer Service Team, and we’ll be happy to assist you with available options.
What kind of warranty do my blinds come with?
All of our products come with an industry-standard 3-year limited warranty, free of charge, with options for warranty upgrades during the order process. Please review our warranty policy for more details.

How does the Buy One, Get One-Half Off sale get applied to my order?
When the Buy One, Get One-Half Off sale is active on our site, the 50% discount will be applied to the lowest-priced even-numbered item(s) in your cart. For example, with two items, the lower-priced item will be discounted, and with four items, the two least expensive items will be discounted. You can mix and match products, but the discount will always apply to the lowest-priced items in your cart.
