We’re here to make it easy! Just follow a few simple steps, and you'll be all set.
Find Your Order
You can find your order in one of two ways:
- Sign in to your account to pull up information from your existing orders.
- If you don’t have an account, just provide your email and order number.
Visit the page here to get started.
Select Your Product
Once you’ve found your order, select the product that’s affected. If there are multiple items with issues, you can select them all at once to submit a single claim, saving you time. (If the products are from different orders, you’ll need to submit a claim for each order.)
Claim Info
For each issue, please describe the problem with the product and include any supporting documentation like photos, videos, or screenshots. For example, if the product has incorrect measurements, provide a photo showing the measurement close-up and another showing the full product being measured.
Submit
Once you’ve completed your claim, submit it, and our Customer Care team will review it. We’ll follow up with any additional documentation requests or solutions for your warranty claim.
