Do I really need to order samples?
While it’s not required to order samples, it’s the best way to see the actual colors and textures and get a feel for how they’ll look in your home. Plus, the samples are FREE, and it will lock in the discount for the day you order them*!

Can I order more than 15 samples?
You can order up to 15 FREE samples per day, with FREE shipping to your door. If you'd like more, simply place an order for additional samples on a subsequent day.
How large are the samples?
Our samples are swatches of the materials used in our products. They typically measure about 6" x 4" for fabric, or 6" x 2" for wood and faux wood. Shutter samples are either 3" x 2 1/2" or 4" x 2 1/2", depending on the specific shutter.
How long will it take to receive my samples?
Sample requests usually arrive within 4-6 business days via USPS. If you’d like expedited shipping for $10.00, your samples will arrive within 3 business days via UPS or FedEx.
